SME Capital Partners LLC provides advise on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, valuation, and capital structure for small to midsize companies in sporting goods and media and entertainment equipment suppliers. Founded in 2024 by Robert Shinn. The firm has two senior managing directors, Harry Walls and Anthony Schwager. Combined, we have over 100 years of experience.

Robert L. Shinn

Anthony Schweiger

Anthony W. Schweiger, MCMB (Master Certified Mortgage Banker) is the Managing Principal & CEO of The Tomorrow Group, an enterprise risk and mortgage banking advisory. He has over 50 years of accomplishments In addition, he has served in board governance roles for public and private companies as governance, audit, and compensation chairs. His public company experience includes Radian Group, United Financial Mortgage, Pinnacle Technologies, and American Title Insurance.  Mr. Schweiger has also provided various leadership roles in the Mortgage Bankers Association and is currently Chairman of the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center, an economic development firm focused on supporting manufacturing in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

Harry has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, company growth (organic and inorganic), Financial Oversight, Corporate Development, Strategic Growth Programs, Market Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, Divestitures, and New Business Development. He is an avid sports fan. In his previous work, he was a high school basketball, football, and track coach.
